Techflow Improves End-Product Aesthetics for Consumer Bottle Producers
CLINTON, Tenn., February 6, 2014 – Techmer PM, a major producer of value-added colors and additives for the plastics and fiber industries, announced that one of its leading blow molding products, Techflow, is gaining strong acceptance among consumer bottle producers seeking a solution for creating a differentiated and aesthetically pleasing end product.
Techflow made its international launch in April 2013 for use in both consumer and industrial blow molding applications. However, Techflow is experiencing stronger growth in the consumer market, driven by producers’ increased focus on design and aesthetics in bottle production.
Techflow provides value to customers in industries such as personal care, food and beverage, and health and wellness by reducing the impact of flow lines and surface imperfections on bottles, thereby improving the experience of the end consumer. In addition, Techflow enhances processing and decreases purge time at an addition rate of 1 to 2 percent.
