CLINTON, Tenn., March 26, 2014 – Techmer PM is getting kudos as a great place to spend the workday. Last month Techmer PM ranked third among U.S. and Canadian companies in Plastics News’ inaugural “Best Places to Work” awards program.

Employee feedback counts for 75 percent of the grading, while employer survey responses make up the remainder. Surveys take into account information about leadership and planning; corporate culture and communication; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship between employee and supervisor; training and development; and pay and benefits.
The findings were measured through separate employee and management surveys, compiled and assessed by Harrisburg, Pa.-based Best Companies Group.
Plastics News divulged the Top 10 rankings on Feb. 24 at the Plastics News Executive Forum in Tampa, Fla. Heather Phillips, director, human resources, attended on behalf of Techmer PM.
